Ultralight Backpacking Gear List
10 lb Base Weight
Ultralight backpacking gear is ideal for hikers who want to travel quickly and efficiently and don’t mind sacrificing some luxuries to save weight. I don’t recommend this ultralight backpacking gear list for beginners. But, if you already have some miles under your belt, cutting pack weight is one of the best ways to improve your comfort, speed and enjoyment on the trail.
The Big Three (Backpack, Shelter, Sleep System)
