Order Hasn't Arrived Yet?
Our books and maps are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the content of your order and your location. In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-7 days from the date of shipment for orders within the United States and 1-3 weeks for international orders. In rare circumstances U.S. orders may take up to two weeks to arrive and international orders may take up to a month.
If you do not receive your order within this time frame please email us and we will check on it for you:
Include the following information with your email:- Full name as it appears on your order
- Date your order was placed
- Transaction ID#
- Shipping Address
Note: Books and posters are shipped seperately. If your order consists of both types of items they will arrive in two packages and may arrive on different days.
Wrong Item Received?
If the item you received is not what you ordered please email us and we will exchange it for the correct item:
Include the following information with your email:- Full name as it appears on your order
- Date your order was placed
- Transaction ID#
- Shipping Address
- Which item you incorrectly received
Our Return Policy
All Blackwoods Press products are covered by a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarauntee beginning on the date your item was received. If you wish to return an item for a refund please package it carefully, insure your package and send it by US Postal Service to this address:Blackwoods Press Returns

No returns will be accepted later than 60 days from the date of delivery.
We can not do exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect. If you wish to exchange an item you can return it for a refund and place a new order online.
Trouble Accessing Your Online Bonuses?
After completing your purchase you will receive a bonus confirmation email. The subject line will usually start with "RESPONSE REQUIRED:". Simply click the link inside that email and you will be taken to the download page. If you do not see the email check your spam or bulk email folders and then "whitelist" our email address or add it to your address book. If your order came with bonuses a slip of paper will also be included with your package containing the download URL.
Accepted Payment Methods
Blackwoods Press uses Paypal.com to process orders securely online. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eCheck. You do NOT need an account with Paypal to order online. If you wish to place an order without using a Paypal account simply click the link that says "Don't Have A Paypal Account?" on the Paypal log-in screen after you select your items and go to check out. We can not accept orders by phone, mail or in person at this time.
